With a desire to improve the property landscape in the Wellington region and a growing frustration with the stock standard ‘one size fits all’ Property Management approach - Industrious Property was established in late 2017 by its’ Director, Matt Gibbs.
Industrious Property acquired a well-respected Property Management business and began working to provide a fresh approach to Property and Facilities Management that was client focused and situation specific.
The over-arching goal was to always provide external clients with the high quality of service that is provided by Institutional property owners to their investors.
By 2018, Industrious began to expand and grow quickly, adding a Project Management arm as well as services in Corporate Real Estate and Advisory.
Continuous growth and experience have allowed Industrious to cultivate a diverse and notable range of managed Properties, and an ever-expanding portfolio of clients, contractors, and advisors.
With over 31 years combined management experience within the team, Industrious is focused on ensuring the best possible result for their clients to not only grow - but also thrive.
