Industrious Property are pleased to introduce and welcome Richard Hall, our new Facilities Manager to the team. Ricky has vast experience in the national and international property industry and has worked for international commercial property companies Colliers, where he worked as a FM for four and a half years, and CBRE as a FM and FM coordinator. Ricky has a total of 11 years of experience in the industry and has worked with a wide variety of clients on an array of projects. As well as industry experience and great market knowledge he also has a strong background in body corp and exceptional skills in CRM. Ricky excels in communication with clients, contractors, and tenants. We know his skills will help to build new relationships, and further strengthen existing ones.
Ricky has proven he can navigate complex situations and cut to the chase to get the job done. His motivation to create more efficient operations, scope out new projects, and a knack for long term maintenance planning are strengths that will further enhance the experience and exceptional service we provide for our clients. One of Ricky’s specific areas of expertise is asbestos management. He became certified in asbestos management after working on an asbestos removal project for 3 years. He has also worked closely on long term asbestos management plans. From small upgrades through to large fit outs including a full building reglaze last year. Ricky’s skillset is anything but niche. Before joining industrious Ricky played a significant role in the uplift and base build fit outs of the Police National Headquarters here in Wellington.
An allrounder both in and outside of his work. Ricky plays for the Island Bay football team, enjoys anything outdoors including golf and hiking, and considers himself a bit of a master chef. Ricky is a great asset to the Industrious Property team and all of those we work with.
