Matt established Industrious Property in 2017 after acquiring a well-respected Property Management company in Wellington. His role as Director is focused on implementing key initiatives to improve efficiencies and workflow within the business, sourcing, and growing business opportunities - as well as negotiating new and existing lease transactions for Industrious clients. With over 7 years’ experience in the Property industry, Matt brings a wealthof expert knowledge and a vast portfolio of connections to the table. Outside of work Matt is a keen golfer, loves a good chardonnay, and adiscussion about politics.
Richard is an experienced Facilities Management professional and has a broad understanding of all facets of the role. His rise through the ranks of the corporate real estate FM world with CBRE and Colliers has provided him with a unique perspective on FM delivery, risk management and the local contracting market. Away from the office he enjoys keeping active with running and playing football (soccer), playing centreback for a team that has won promotion twice in 3 seasons. As they say, you cant build a winning team if you don’t have a solid defence.
AJ comes to us from a strong 5 year background in Residential Property Management, with an additional 12 years in Retail Management. Making the move to Commercial Property is an exciting logical step after a long interest with the industry and 20 years in the residential property sector.He brings his creative vision and goal driven attitude, along with excellent client rapport to the Industrious team in addition to Project Management experience in residential renovations.In his spare time, AJ is passionate about sports - basketball, rugby, cricket, and football! A busy dad and family man, he also enjoys travelling (hopefully again one day soon...), spending time with loved ones, and talking the talk about all things property (other members of his family are also in Property!).
Rhiana made the jump into the Property world after many years in the Wellington tech industry. From beginnings in Project Coordination, she then spent time in HR and Office Manangement, before settling into Customer Success and Account Management. She brings her organisational and management skills to Industrious, along with her vast Customer Service and Customer Success experience. Outsaide of work, Rhiana spends her time losing at pool, watching terrible movies, and playing tennis.
